When the steam turbine generator unit needs to be replaced, a new steam turbine generator unit is fixed on a new reinforced concrete platen manufactured according to the load and the mounting requirements of the new steam turbine generator unit; a frame-type foundation of the original steam turbine generator unit is retained, and a spring vibration isolation system is arranged at the top of a longitudinal frame on both sides of an operating layer; the new reinforced concrete platen is stacked on the spring vibration isolation system, and the spring vibration isolation system isolates vibration transmitted by the new steam turbine generator unit through the new reinforced concrete platen, so that the intensity, the rigidity and the dynamic characteristic of the original frame-type foundation can meet the running requirement of the new steam turbine generator unit.
