Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses multi-grain fen-flavor liquor comprising the following raw materials by weight: 5-20 parts of sorghum, 5-20 parts of maize, 5-10 parts of barley, 10-20 parts of wheat, 1-10 parts of rice, 40-60 parts of tartary buckwheat, 1-15 parts of glutinous rice and 60-80 parts of water. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the multi-grain fen-flavor liquor, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) washing and cooking; 2) cooling; 3) fermentation; and 4) distillation; the method is simple in operation, economical and environmentally friendly, and the prepared liquor has nutritional value and efficacy of a variety of grains, is rich in fragrance flavor, mellow and soft-sweet.
