The invention discloses a radial tire with a steel wire cord winding structure. A cord fabric and a belt ply of a tire body part are respectively formed by continuously winding coated steel wire cords. The cord fabric of the tire body part forms a cylindrical steel wire cord fabric by winding a coated steel wire cord along a pair of tire beads in an orderly way. The belt ply comprises a belt ply 1#, a belt ply 2# and a belt ply 3#; and the belt plies respectively form the belt ply 1#, the belt ply 2# and the belt ply 3# by continuously winding the coated steel wire cords along the circumferential direction of the tire body inflated to a shaped dimension in an orderly way and additionally arranging rubber coatings outside the coated steel wire cords.
