The device comprises a set of two-dimensional electric horizontal moving tables, a laser marking machine, an adapter flange block, a positioning block and a clamping block; one side of the adapter flange block is connected with the positioning block, and the other side of the adapter flange block is connected with the two-dimensional electric horizontal moving tables; the clamping block is placed on the adapter flange block and is attached to the inner wall of the positioning block; and the two-dimensional electric horizontal moving tables are mounted on the laser marking machine. The laser marking rapid precision machining device is simple in structural manner, parts of a whole mechanism are easily machined, operation is easy and convenient, and rapid, in-batch, high-precision and high-efficiency product laser precise marking can be achieved.
