Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an antibacterial film-coating and growth-promoting agent for explant for plant tissue culture and a use method of the agent. The growth-promoting agent comprises components in percentage by mass as follows: 1%-2% of carboxylation chitosan, 0.2%-0.4% of thiourea, 0.005%-0.007% of an antibiotic, 0.02%-0.03% of hymexazol, 0.05%-0.07% of urotropin, 0.03%-0.05% of propamocarb hydrochloride, 0.12%-0.14% of MS+6-BA, 0.14%-0.18% of naphthylacetic acid, 0.16%-0.18% of auxin and 0.4%-0.6% of chlormequat chloride. A mixture formed under the action of thiourea after substances required by the explant for plant tissue culture for germination, rooting and antibacterium are mixed with chitosan facilitates film formation; a composite film is formed on the surface of the explant after the explant is soaked in the antibacterial film-coating and growth-promoting agent, the composite film contributes to increase of the germination rate and the rooting rate of the explant and can also protect the explant f |
