Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to the field of aquaculture, farmed fish and the occurrence of disease in farmed fish. More particularly, the present disclosure provides means for preparing large amounts of an orthoreovirus, such as piscine reovirus (PRV), by ex vivo propagation in nucleated erythrocytes.
