Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for reading a series of data flows in automatic technique devices (10, 100). The data flows are encoded in the manner that: the data flows include at least two symbols (K, L) which are separated from each other through time interval between two successive signal edges, and the data flows are sent to a reading unit (70, 170), the reading units include one symbol recognition unit (73, 173, 273, 373, 473, 573) which is used for correlating the symbols (K, L) with a time sequence of the signal edge; and a time quantum is considered for correlating the symbols (K, L), wherein the time quantum includes a current symbol duration time (T) of a current symbol to be correlated and at least one old symbol duration time of a previous symbol. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the method (figure 3).
