The invention provides a collision early warning device. A positioning module obtains speed and position data of a mobile platform, and a control module enables the speed and position data to be packaged and sent to a communication module; the communication module sends packaged data, and receives packaged data sent by other mobile platforms; the control module analyzes the received packaged data to obtain speed and position data of the surrounding mobile platforms; the control module controls the sending power and sending frequency of the communication module in a self-adaptive manner; an alarm module receives the speed and position data of each mobile platform and sends an alarm signal to an alarm execution module; and the alarm execution module and a display module receive the alarm signal and execute corresponding operation. The collision early warning device better solves the problem of comprehensive early warning and the problem of restriction of visual range, and meanwhile, increases early warning time
