Touch substrate, manufacturing method thereof, touch panel and display device

An embodiment of the invention discloses a touch substrate, a touch panel and a display device comprising the touch panel. The touch substrate comprises an under-layer substrate and a touch sensing layer which is located on the under-layer substrate and comprises photosensitive silver paste. The embodiment of the invention further provides a manufacturing method of the touch substrate, and the manufacturing method comprises the steps that the under-layer substrate is provided; the touch sensing layer is formed on the under-layer substrate and comprises the photosensitive silver paste. The touch sending layer is formed by the photosensitive silver paste material, photoresist patterns are not required to be formed additionally like a conventional ITO touch sensing layer.
