Bean processing automation system and related method

The present invention discloses a bean processing automation system and a related method. The bean processing factory automation system comprises a bean warehouse operation control system, a bean washing operation control system, a bean soaking operation control system, a zymogenic operation control system and a factory operation management system. The bean cartridge operation control system is used for driving equipment in a bean warehouse compartment to complete the feeding operation. The bean washing operation control system is used for driving equipment in a bean washing compartment to complete the bean washing operation. The bean soaking operation control system is used for driving equipment in a bean soaking compartment to complete the bean soaking operation. The zymogenic operation control system is used for driving equipment in a zymogenic compartment to complete the starter propagation operation. The factory operation management system is used for controlling the running information of the bean wareh
