Preparation technology of foamed non-woven wallpaper

Compared with traditional non-woven foamed wallpaper, the foamed non-woven wallpaper prepared by the technology is foamed to over 80 filaments, has strong concavo-convex feeling, and the foamed surface is smooth, has clear amboss and delicate texture, and is not easy to fall off. The product has good air permeability, is not easy to mildew, and is green and environment-friendly. 本发明涉及一种发泡无纺壁纸制备新工艺，属装饰材料领域。其以无纺壁纸为基材，采用激光雕刻凹版印刷三层发泡浆料，经高温软化，再用手工雕刻压花辊精准套压，冷却成型。与传统无纺发泡墙纸相比，该工艺制备的发泡无纺壁纸发泡80丝以上，凹凸感强烈。且发泡表面平整，压纹清晰，纹理细腻，不易脱落。产品透气性好，不易霉变，绿色环保。
