The process is characterized in that a phosphating solution is composed of 12-15 g/L of Zn(H2PO4)2, 25-29 g/L of Na(NO3)2 and 0.1-0.25 g/L of ZnO; the total acidity of the phosphating solution is 15-20, the free acidity of the phosphating solution is 2-3, the phosphating temperature is 60-75 DEG C, and treatment time is 3-6 min. According to the rapid phosphating process for the die steel surface, the film forming time is short, a formed film is uniform in thickness, the using performance of die steel can be improved, and the service life of the die steel can be prolonged.
