Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a roller surface treatment process. The roller surface treatment process involves the following requirements that (1) according to a quenching mode, continuous heating quenching is adopted; (2) according to a cooling mode, a water spray cooling method is adopted, and the cooling speed is 1/3-1/2 of the heating speed; (3) according to a tempering mode, tempering treatment in a furnace is adopted, the tempering temperature is 350-400 DEG C, and the tempering time is 5-10 hours; and (4) deformation amount control is adopted. Through the roller surface treatment process, the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of a roller are remarkably improved, and meanwhile the whole roller has good strength, rigidity and toughness, so that follow-up chromium plating production is facilitated.
