Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the production field of plastic gloves and particularly relates to benzene-free PVC gloves and a production method thereof. The gloves are prepared with DINCH and epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester as a compound plasticizer and are prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 100 parts of PVC powder, 25-50 parts of the DINCH, 20-45 parts of the epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester, 0.5-1 part of an anti-oxidant, 0.8-1.8 parts of a calcium zinc stabilizer, 25-35 parts of a viscosity reducer and 0.5-0.7 parts of aqueous PU glue. By means of the compounding plasticizer, wherein the epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester is low in viscosity, the system is reduced in viscosity and is reduced in usage amount of the viscosity reducer. In addition, the epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester is low in cost, so that the gloves are reduced in cost by replacing a part of the DINCH by the epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester.
