Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-strength foam insulation concrete and a production method thereof. The high-strength foam insulation concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 88-98 parts of an ordinary portland cement, 60-65 parts of an active filling material, 18-20 parts of a reinforcement filling material, 13-15 parts of a composite foaming agent, 3-4 parts of calcium nitrite, 5-6 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and 58-66 parts of acrylic fibers waste water. The active filling material is composed of fly ash, zirconium boride, metakaolin and waste residue of zinc hydrometallurgy; the reinforcement filling material is composed of meerschaum fiber, polyethelene alcohol fiber, polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydrogenated rosin; and the composite foaming agent is composed of alkyl polyglucoside, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, pentaerythritol stearate and hydrogen peroxide.
