Filling device and control system thereof

The invention provides a filling device which comprises a bottle feeding device and a filling machine. The filling machine is arranged above the middle of the bottle feeding device and connected with a control system. A capping device is arranged at a bottle outlet position of the filling machine and connected with the control system. Capped bottles are conveyed by the bottle feeding device to a labeling machine to be labeled. Compared with the prior art, full automatic control over filling, capping and labeling can be achieved, operation is convenient, labor cost is reduced, and intelligent control is achieved. 本发明提供了种灌装装置，包括送瓶装置、灌装机，所述灌装机设置在送瓶装置的中部上方，所述灌装机连接控制系统；所述灌装机的出瓶处设有封盖装置，该封盖装置连接控制系统；经过封盖的瓶通过送瓶装置输送至贴标机处贴标。与现有技术相比，能够实现灌装与封盖、贴标的全自动控制，既方便操作，又节省了人力成本，实现了智能化控制。
