Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a hot-extrusion circumferential winding forming method of a steel bend pipe 3PE coating. A continuous forming process consisting of electrostatic epoxy powder spraying of a bottom layer, adhesive powder spraying of an intermediate layer, extruding and hot winding of a polyethylene outer protective layer, rolling, air cooling, and water cooling is adopted to realize extruding and hot winding of the polyethylene outer protective layer in a bent pipe 3PE anticorrosion coating, and finally form a three-layer integrated structure. The hot-extrusion circumferential winding forming method of the steel bend pipe 3PE coating effectively solves the problem of difficult control on the anticorrosion quality of an existing bent pipe 3PE anticorrosion coating.
