The preparation method of the PTFE blend flat sheet membrane is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of a membrane casting liquid: a PTFE dispersing emulsion and PVA powder are dispersed and dissolved in deionized water, then modified attapulgite is added, the mass ratio of PTFE to attapulgite is 1:0.01-1:0.1, the mixture is stirred and subjected to ultrasonic oscillation, attapulgite is enabled to be dispersed uniformly, and the membrane casting solution is obtained; (2) preparation of a PTFE/attapulgite blend membrane: after membrane forming is performed on a clean glass plate through scraping, the membrane is formed through curing in absolute ethyl alcohol, the obtained membrane is dried and sintered, and the PTFE/attapulg
