The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator device in which: a rotation axis of a main sheave having a tension member wound thereonto and a rotation axis of an auxiliary sheave connected to the other end of the tension member and rotating are installed so as to cross to each other at right angles; at least two auxiliary sheaves are installed, thereby reducing the space between an inner wall of one side of a hoist way and a car and minimizing the left and right spaces in the building which the hoist way occupies; and a car suspension sheave is installed on the inside of a support, thereby minimizing the upper and lower spaces in the building which the hoist way occupies, and accordingly maximizing space utilization in the building and being capable of saving facility costs, etc. 本发明的目的在于提供种电梯装置，把卷绕有拉伸部件的主轮的旋转轴与供拉伸部件的另端连接并旋转的辅助轮的旋转轴相互正交地设置，设置两个以上辅助轮，缩小井道的侧内壁与轿厢之间的空间，使井道在建筑物内所占的左右空间实现最小化，把轿厢悬挂轮设置于支架的内部，使井道在建筑物内所占的上下空间实现最小化，因此，能够使建筑物的空间利用实现最大化，节省设施费用等。
