Zusammenfassung:	This disposable diaper (10) comprises a waist part which includes a front waist part (S1) that covers the wearer's stomach and a rear waist part (S2) that covers the wearer's buttocks. The disposable diaper has a high heat retention region (R1) having a heat retention of 29-60%, and a low heat retention region (R2) having a heat retention less than that of the high heat retention region. The high heat retention region is arranged at least on the waist part.
