The data network switching method comprises the steps of obtaining call completing rate characteristic parameters of a terminal, wherein the call completing rate characteristic parameters are used for representing the call completing rate of voice service; judging whether the call completing rate characteristic parameters meet preset switching conditions or not; if it is determined that the call completing rate characteristic parameters meet the preset switching conditions, switching an initial data network of the terminal, and detecting whether the switched data network meets preset data service conditions or not, wherein the initial data network is a data network currently connected with the terminal; if the switched data network does not meet the preset data service conditions, switching the switched data network to the initial data network.
