In the battery pack (10) including two cell stacks (12), the two cell stacks (12) respectively have an exhaust surface with an exhaust port (24) of a cooling medium. The two cell stacks (12) are configured in an offset manner along the height direction so as to enable the exhaust surfaces to face each other and the exhaust ports (24) not to face each other. 本发明提供种电池组，其在不降低冷却效率的前提下，提高空间效率。在具有两个电池堆(12)的电池组(10)中，两个电池堆(12)各自具有形成有冷却介质的排气口(24)的排气面，将两个电池堆(12)以使得该排气面彼此相对且排气口(24)相互不正对的方式，沿高度方向偏移地配置。
