Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a reliability detection method of a direct-current transmission converter valve trigger monitoring unit. The method comprises the following steps of (1) examining TTM board card appearances and determining that TTM board cards are not damaged; (2) carrying out TTM board card electrical performance detection; (3) carrying out environment stress detection on a batch of the TTM board cards and carrying out failure screening; (4) finally detecting the TTM board card electrical performance so that an unaccepted product is detected. Through the method, the TTM circuit board cards having a failure risk are screened. After a reliability detection method in the invention is used, a failure rate of the TTM board cards in engineering application is lower than 0.025% and reliability is high. An unattended screening process of the batch of the TTM is realized so that manpower is saved, phenomena of man-made false detection and leak detection are eliminated.
