During fracturing modification of the extra-thick coal bed in the vertical coal bed methane well, the extra-thick coal bed is divided into a plurality of sections, and sectionalized perforation and bridge plug setting are performed for fracturing stimulation modification. The method comprises the steps of lowering a bridge and perforation combined tool string such as a positioner, a perforation gun, a quick drilling type composite bridge plug and the like to a design position, performing bridge plug setting and ignition perforation of the perforation gun by using an electronic multilevel control system, performing setting and perforation on the first section of the coal bed, pulling out the bridge and perforation combined tool string, performing fracturing stimulation modification on the first section of the coal bed through casing injection, and then performing
