The side transverse seam construction platform comprises at least two tower-type working platforms and bridge ladders located between every two adjacent tower-type working platforms. Each tower-type working platform comprises working cells which are connected in sequence from bottom to top and of which working spaces become smaller in sequence. The two ends of each bridge ladder are detachably connected to supporting plates of the working cells in the same height in every two adjacent tower-type working platforms correspondingly.
