Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of tumor targeted delivery and sustained release drug delivery system, and relates to a polypeptide modified poly(oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate-co-bufalin) nano preparation, and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, P(OEGMA-co-BSMA) is taken as a base material, esterification and ammonolysis reaction are adopted so as to realize covalent modification of cRGD and bufalin onto the polymer so as to obtain the polypeptide modified poly(oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate-co-bufalin) nano preparation (P(OEGMA-co-RGD-co-bufalin) for short).
