The oat mixed powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw oat, 15-25 parts of sunflower seed oil, 1.2-1.5 parts of glycerin monostearate, 0.6-0.9 part of sucrose fatty acid ester, 0.7-1.5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.6-1.4 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.16-0.2 part of amylase, 0.06-0.1 part of saccharifying enzyme and 650 parts of water.
