Zusammenfassung: | This quantum interferometer of cylindrical superconducting thick film is composed of ceramic substrate and superconducting cylinder with high Tc and firm combination to the side of substrate. The superconducting cylinder consists of superconducting thick-film cylinder with narrow crevice and superconducting micro-bridge connected to the former. The ceramic substrate may be a hollow or solid columnar body with different cross-sections. A micro-slot is made on the cuspidal edge of substrate. The interferometer with a micro-bridge in a micro-slot is convenient for making it and features working in the temp. zone of liquefied nitrogen, high sensitivity to external magnetic field and good coupling performance. A shielding cylinder may be equipped for itself. |
