Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nanocrystalline high-frequency single-phase transformer. The transformer comprises a magnetic core (1), a low-voltage winding (2), a high-voltage winding (3) and a wiring board (4), wherein the nanocrystalline high-frequency single-phase transformer magnetic core adopts two totally-same C type nanocrystalline rings that are tied by insulating bands with flux density of less than 0.5T; the low-voltage winding adopts multi-strand enamelled stranded wires; the diameters of the enamelled wires are chosen according to magnitude of frequencies so as to control the current density to be less than 4.5A/mm2, and after the enamelled wires are coiled based on layers, vacuum pouring is carried out; the high-voltage winding adopts multi-strand enamelled stranded wires passing through the magnetic core; the outlet wires are led out through a wiring nose and welded to the wiring copper bar on the wiring board (4). |
