The method comprises: determining a reservoir numerical value simulation research region according to research demands, and establishing a research region boundary track file; according to a geological condition, forming different-scale fracture information files; classifying fractures within a simulation region boundary range; classifying grid elements; based on the grid elements obtained in step3, establishing a reservoir numerical value simulation static model; acquiring a grid element attribute of each class of grids; and based on each grid element attribute, establishing a reservoir simulation model.
