Method for quickly determining myriocin content in cordyceps sobolifera sample

The invention aims at providing a method for for quickly determining the myriocin content in a cordyceps sobolifera sample. Although the myriocin content in the sample can be accurately detected through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the separation and purification treatment is further needed to be conducted on the myriocin in a cordyceps sobolifera extracting solution before the HPLC due to the lower myriocin content in the cordyceps sobolifera sample, such that polysaccharide, peptides, amino acids and other complex components cause larger interference to HPLC detection of the content, so that the steps of a whole experiment are tedious, a time-consuming cycle is long, and instruments and experiment required by the experiment are also more expensive. We have made a required standard yeast growth curve for myriocin detection.
