Energy-saving evaporation refrigeration equipment comprises a heat pump condenser, a circulating discharging pump, a circulating water cooler, a steam-water separator, a vacuum pump, a steam-liquid separator, an air conditioner refrigeration system heat exchanger, a secondary steam heat exchanger, a freezing water circulating pump, an efficient energy-saving central air conditioner system and a heat pump evaporator, wherein a secondary steam outlet of the steam-liquid separator is connected with the secondary steam heat exchanger and the circulating water cooler; and the heat pump evaporator is connected with the efficient energy-saving central air conditioner system.
