The mechanical sealing device comprises a power input shaft, a shell, a shaft sleeve, a spring seat, a pushing ring, a compensation ring seat, a movable ring, a static ring, a set screw, a driving screw, a driving pin and a seal ring, wherein the power input shaft passes through the shell and is arranged in the shell; the shaft sleeve sleeves the power input shaft; the spring seat, the pushing ring, the compensation ring seat, the movable ring and the static ring are successively arranged outside the shaft sleeve; the static ring abuts against the end of the shell; the spring seat is fixed on the shaft sleeve through the set screw; the driving screw is arranged between the spring seat and the pushing ring; the pushing ring is connected to the compensation ring seat through the driving screw; a seal ring is arranged between the static ring and the shell; a seal ring is arranged between the compensation ring seat and the shaft sleeve; a cooling chamber is for
