According to the technical scheme, an existing elevator information obtaining method is optimized, the problem that due to the fact that a user is unfamiliar with elevator information, traveling is affected is solved, elevator information needed by the user can be provided for the user more conveniently and more rapidly, the user can clearly know the elevator state in time, and traveling of the user is convenient. |
