Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an interventional therapy device realizing steering and positioning fenestration through a laser catheter. The interventional therapy device is characterized by comprising the laser catheter and a balloon catheter which are parallelly arranged from the head end to the tail end, the balloon catheter is provided with a balloon, the head end of the laser catheter exceeds that of the balloon catheter, one end of the balloon catheter is fixed to the catheter wall of one end of the laser catheter, the fixing position is positioned in front of the balloon of the balloon catheter, and at least four laser optical fibers are embedded in the catheter wall of the head end of the laser catheter and straightly extend to the tail end of the laser catheter.
