The invention relates to the technical field of sucking tools, in particular to an early-warning type drinking straw. The straw comprises a tube body, a tube head and a tube nozzle. The tube nozzle and the tube head are located at the upper end and the lower end of the tube body respectively. The upper portion of the tube body is provided with a waist-shaped color-changing tube. The color-changing tube is concaved inwards, and the caliber is reduced. When the early-warning type drinking straw is in use, drink enters the narrow color-changing tube, the flow speed becomes low, the color-changing tube obtains time for detecting color change, the color-changing tube displays dark color if the temperature is too high, the warning effect is achieved, and scalding is prevented.
