The production method comprises the following steps: putting raw materials including roselle, wild jujubes, chloriti lapis, borax and rice sprouts into a high-speed universal pulverizer; putting the crushed raw materials into a multifunctional extraction tank; heating and concentrating by an outer circulation concentrator; pumping the mixture into a magnetic stirring liquid blending tank, and cooling to room temperature; adding auxiliary materials including maltose, yeast extract, potassium sorbate, magnesium chloride, calcium aspartate, gypsum and the like and a food additive into the magnetic stirring liquid blending tank and sufficiently stirring; after fermentation is finished, adding potable water and carrying out water treatment; then filtering; and carrying out sterilization treatment and filling, and then checking and storing.
