Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a protein separation method for paper mulberry leaves. The protein separation method can be used for separating all plant leaf proteins and can be particularly used for separating plant leaf proteins by virtue of protein bidirectional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The protein separation method comprises the following steps: (a) carrying out first-direction isoelectric focusing electrophoresis on a to-be-separated plant leaf protein sample; (B) taking out an adhesive tape after the first-direction isoelectric focusing electrophoresis is finished, and then balancing the adhesive tape; (c) carrying out SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on the balanced adhesive tape; and (d) taking out gel after the second-direction SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is finished, carrying out Coomassie brilliant blue dyeing, and carrying out scanning and image analysis on a dyeing result, so as to finish the separation of the plant leaf proteins.
