Tooling for cable pulling or replacing of ship

The invention relates to the field of ship work, and discloses a tooling for cable pulling or replacing of a ship. The tooling comprises two brackets, wherein a fixing rack is fixedly connected between the brackets; each bracket comprises a base fixedly connected to the fixing rack, a web plate fixedly arranged on the base, and side plates symmetrically connected to two sides of the web plate and fixedly connected with the base; bearing seats are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of each web plate; rotary bearings are arranged on the bearing seats; a cable reel is arranged between the two web plates via a reel shaft; each end of the reel shaft is arranged on two bearings of each bracket. During cable pulling, the cable reel is arranged between the two web plates via the reel shaft, and each end of the reel shaft is arranged on two bearings of each bracket; during use, the cable reel can release reeled cable via rotation of two bearings when the cable reel is under the traction force of a winch, and the
