According to the flotation process and device disclosed by the invention, under the condition that a new device is not added and the fund input is low, the re-concentration of flotation concentrate is transformed by increasing the floatation machine quantity and the floatation frequency, and an original flotation process is optimized, so that in the aspect of solving the problem of high ash content in gravity separation instead of flotatio
