Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a straw mushroom freezing device which comprises a water spraying device, a water tank, a flip mechanism, a conveyor belt, a drying device and a quick-freezing mechanism, wherein the flip mechanism is located at the opening position of the water tank and comprises a flip body and a driving mechanism which drives the flip body to perform flip operation, a leaking hole is formed in the flip body, and the drying device and the quick-freezing mechanism are arranged above the conveyor belt sequentially.
