The invention discloses a land leveling system for a paddy field rotary cultivator. The land leveling system comprises a left-side pull rod, a middle pull rod, a right-side pull rod, a land leveling unit, a driving unit, a hydraulic operation mechanism and a controller, wherein the hydraulic operation mechanism is used for manipulating the land leveling unit; the controller is used for controlling the hydraulic operation mechanism. The land leveling system for the paddy field rotary cultivator has the advantages that a land leveling device with an automatic leveling function is additionally arranged on a rotary cultivator according to agronomic requirements of rice cultivation, so that a land leveling plate is positioned in a horizontal plane all the time in the cultivating and land-leveling processes, therefore the influence to the land leveling device from a tractor due to different mud foot depths and own vibration during a proceeding process is reduced, and the land leveling precision is further improved.
