Device and method for safely collecting industrial process data on basis of FPGA

The invention discloses a device and method for safely collecting industrial process data on the basis of FPGA. According to the device and method, a CRC verification module, and a MACsec encryption-decryption module are designed and developed on the basis of the FPGA as a core. By means of a high speed data transmission characteristic of PCI-Express supported by the FPGA, real-time data transmission in an industrial control system is guaranteed. Encryption is realized on hardware by means of the MACsec encryption, and no unencrypted keys are provided to software. The security of information transmission is improved on the basis of guaranteeing real-time data acquisition speed so that the industrial control system is freed from security risk coming from a managerial grid.
