Zusammenfassung: | A device composed of a fiber material and a cylinder and with a 'water up-flowing' function relates to a series of devices with a 'water up-flowing' function in the absence of conventional energy consumption. The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that entropy increase is irreversible in the process of energy cycling (namely, to realize negative entropy), increase the potential energy of water and realize energy cycling. The device comprises a water soaking body (1), a pipe shell support body (2), in-pipe capillary tubes (3) and a pipe water discharge body (4), wherein the in-pipe capillary tubes (3) are made of a hydrophilic molecular material which can easily form hydrogen bonds with H2O, and the pipe water discharge body (4) is disposed in the upper middle or upper part of the system.
