Method and device for managing files in equipment

The invention discloses a flow chart of a method for managing files in equipment and a device. The method comprises the steps as follows: when the equipment is started, a file attribute meeting a preset first statistical strategy in the file attributes of each file is obtained, wherein the first statistical strategy comprises a master file information set in a memory of the equipment and to-be-counted file attributes; and aiming at each file, a file identifier FID which only represents the file is generated, and a file information subset including the generated FID and obtained file attributes is added to the master file information set. Through the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the efficiency of achieving advanced functions is effectively improved when the advanced functions, for example, file attribute-based global filtering, for file management are provided, so that the user experience of the file management is relatively well improved.
