Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-selectivity method for preparing alcohol from ester. With prior arts, hydrogen utilization rate is low, and catalyst activity reduction and selectivity reduction are caused by small-molecular compounds carried by recycle gas. The invention mainly aims at solving the technical problems. According to the invention, a gas phase part of a reaction product is subject dot partial release, and is mixed with fresh hydrogen; and the mixture is recycled in a methanation reactor and a hydrogenation reactor. With the added methanation process, the problem is well solved. The process is energy-saving and consumption-reducing, and is convenient to operate. The method can be applied in large-scale industrial production for producing alcohol through carboxylate hydrogenation. |
