Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell based on a semiconductor junction effect and a preparation method of the solid oxide fuel cell. The solid oxide fuel cell structurally comprises a cathode, an anode and current collectors, wherein the current collectors are arranged on outer sides of the cathode and the anode. The solid oxide fuel cell is characterized in that the cathode is a proton/oxygen ion conductor material with properties of an n-type semiconductor, the anode is a proton/oxygen ion conductor material with properties of a p-type semiconductor, and a current carrier depletion layer is at the interface between the cathode and the anode. The solid oxide fuel cell is not equipped with a solid electrolyte layer, so that the ohmic loss caused by electrolyte is decreased to zero; and meanwhile, the solid oxide fuel cell further has the advantages of low interface transportation loss, production cost and working temperature and the like.
