The invention discloses a laminated electronic element and a manufacturing method thereof. the method comprises the following steps of S1 laminating a raw material substrate provided with an extraction electrode pattern and a raw material substrate provided with an inner electrode pattern; S2 cutting the laminated raw material substrates to obtain a green body; S3 sintering the body to obtain a mature body; S4 carrying out sand blasting on a position exposing the extraction electrode pattern of the mature body; and S5 coating electrode slurry on the surface of the extraction electrode pattern and sintering. According to the laminated electronic element and the manufacturing method thereof, an insulator material left by sintering cutting powder on an extraction electrode of the mature body can be effectively cleared, and an external electrode and the extraction electrode form good contact, so that the electrical property of the laminated electronic element is improved.
