The invention provides a computer self-adaption test system and a method. During a test process of a to-be-tested person, a client machine receives answer information and personal information, transported by a server, of another to-be-tested person who has finished a test and calculation results are transported to the server; and the server carries out parameter evaluation calculation on the answer results of the to-be-tested person during an answering result with no need for calculating final personal ability parameter evaluation of the to-be-tested person. Thus, calculated amount required by the server is greatly reduced; requirements on configuration of the server are reduced; cost requirements are correspondingly reduced; and time is saved.
