The bolt fastening method for flange connection of the gas pipeline comprises the following steps that (1) after flanges are in butt joint, a sealing position is coated with a sealant; (2) a bolt is coated with epoxy resin glue; (3) the fastening bolt with the diameter being slightly larger than the diameter of an installation hole is placed in the installation hole rapidly, and the bolt is screwed with a special installation tool; and (4) after the epoxy resin glue is solidified, the fastening bolt is clamped in the installation hole, and the safety of a gas pipeline is improved.
